ARE THESE COFFEE MACHINES EASY TO USE?

Yes, these machines are extremely easy. Please refer to the videos on our home page to see just how easy it is.

WHAT TYPE OF NESPRESSO MACHINES AND CAPSULES ARE USED?

We only use the com­mer­cial Nespresso machines and cap­sules. The com­mer­cial cap­sules are a dif­fer­ent shape to the domes­tic cap­sules so they can­not be used in the domes­tic Nespresso machines. The Nespresso com­mer­cial machines are also ideal for mak­ing a larger num­ber of cof­fees which is why they are great for events and functions.


IS IT REAL COFFEE INSIDE THE NESPRESSO CAPSULES?

Yes, the cof­fee is roasted, ground and then sealed fresh in the cap­sules in Switzer­land. Nespresso only use the finest cof­fees beans from selected loca­tions around the world.

HIRING FAQS

Frequently asked questions about hiring our coffee machines.

ONCE I MAKE A BOOKING WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we finalise the final book­ing details, includ­ing deliv­ery and pick up dates and times. We will email you the book­ing form and the Terms and Con­di­tions to sign and then email back to us.

WHEN THE MACHINE IS DROPPED OFF AND INSTALLED WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We train you on how to use the machine and how to make var­i­ous cof­fees, like cap­puc­ci­nos, lattes, espres­sos and flat whites. We also con­firm quan­ti­ties of the items deliv­ered to you.

DO I NEED TO PAY A BOND?

Yes, a $220 incl. GST bond is required and will be refunded after the final inspec­tion of the machines and when items are returned. The bond can be put towards the final pay­ment of the hire of the machine and used coffee.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT IS TIME TO RETURN THE COFFEE MACHINE?

At the time arranged we will come and inspect the machine and con­firm the quan­ti­ties of the items being returned. Once we are sat­is­fied with the returned items and machine then final pay­ment is made.

HOW DO I PAY?

The bond amount is paid by direct deposit into our bank account. On col­lec­tion of the machines the bal­ance can be paid by cash or credit card (Visa or Mas­ter­Card) and is to be com­pleted after the final inspec­tion of the machine and items.
